I think we looked at approx 70 houses during the process and she was always professional, nice and patient even to our most clueless wants, needs and "prefers"
Not a friendly receptionist on the phone. Not a very friendly appraiser. I'm big on first impressions. I am NOT impressed.

This lady needs some help. She is very unethical, dishonest and I would never refer her to anyone I know. In fact, I plan on telling everyone I know to never list a property with her or to hire her as a agent.
