Great for kids & history. Amphitheater for music. Away from traffic.

Fun park for all ages. There are informative boards to read about the history of the area. The play equipment is unique making this park different from any other. Worth the drive or checking out if your in the area. You can also visit the Boyer factory outlet store and pick up some delicious chocolate and candy. Make it a day and visit horseshoe curve, if you like trains. They have an incline and train museum.

Its a lil piece of nature you can enjoy with the family.

Bring the children to the Canal theme playpark, enjoy concerts in the ampitheatre, and take walks along the two trails.

This is a nice park for children and young teens, has an awesome sliding board! Im in my 40's and i even went down the slide because it looked like it would be fun..and it was! If you are having a small family get-together for a childs birthday this place is a good choice!

The Reiser House makes a delightful welcome center as part of the Pennsylvania canal system. There is varied information to learn as well as local history books to buy. As this newer (late 1800s) Victorian home replaced the lock tender's house it sits directly across from a full scale model of the lock system.
