The director was not respectful to the family. He rushed the viewing and actually told people that were in line to give the family their condolences they needed to go sit down or leave. It was the death of a thirty year old so a lot of people came. It was so unprofessional and hurt the family. I would not recommend this place to anyone
It was 20 years ago that I first met Lloyd as he arranged the funeral for family at the time. Then, seeing him handle the funeral for my father in law and mother in law then within the last 10 years, there was no doubt where I was going to have my mom's funeral services. When she passed last month, Lloyd and his family handled every matter with compassion and dignity. If you have a strong sense for people, hopefully you will sense within minutes like I did how special he truly is and feel the calling he has to serve families in their time of mourning.
